We are a multi-award winning bespoke event management company with a team of fully qualified and experienced planners and consultants. With over 15 years “full circle” experience within the events industry, we offer tailored and individual elegant events, that blend time-honored traditions, with an out-of-the-box imagination approach to planning, design and application. We are regulated and recognized by top events associations in the UK and worldwide and we make it a priority to regularly re-educate ourselves to understand the changing trends and regulations within the industry.

We do not accept any form of commission or referral fee from suppliers, so you can rest assured, that each recommended supplier is chosen without bias but purely based on quality and a tried and tested basis.



Our Approach

As a company, we apply a customized and intimate approach for each event. Outlined below is the process and the journey to your unforgettable event

STEP 1

No Obligation Call

Our initial contact via a 30-minute informal conversation where we will go through your favorite things, your ideas/goals for your event, discuss the services we offer and choose the one best suited to your event.

STEP 2

Contract

Once you have decided to go ahead, a service level agreement and a request for the initial 40% retainer, will be sent via our online service. The contract becomes binding once the retainer is paid and and a signed agreement is received.

STEP 3

In-depth Consultation

We will get to establish your ideas, visions and your specific goals for your event. Within a week of the consultation , all acquired info will be translated into a personalized proposal/moodboard and once approved, the planning of your event will commence.

STEP 4

Shaping the Event

We will put together all the pieces and build “your dream event” -tried and tested suppliers who will deliver exceptional services, budget implementation, guidance and advice, regular updates, task-lists, timelines etc. And just like that we create your timeless and perfect memory.

STEP 5

Let’s Party!!!

The day of your event arrives and you get to be Belles and Lords of the ball. Knowing that you have an experienced planner coordinating your day, instructing vendors etc and on hand to troubleshoot things that may arise, so that you and your guests can party the night away.
