Full Planning & Design
This is our ultimate level service, designed for couples that require FULL support to plan and design their wedding from start to finish. Every aspect of the planning is covered including overall coordination on the wedding day and you will be kept abreast of each step of the planning via regular meetings and our easy access online platform.
Investment
10 -15% of the overall budget (£4500.00 minimum charge applies)
40% retainer required to secure a date.
Aspects of the service inclusive of, but not limited to:
- Initial in-depth consultation meeting
- Budget construction and implementation
- Venue search, referrals and & contracting the location.
- Access to our online planning platform to tack all progress.
- Providing information to obtain a marriage license.
- Ongoing etiquette advice and guidance as required
- Theme, color and style development and venue layout production.
- Vendor recommendations, negotiations, referrals and management.
- Progress meetings and regular updates on planning progress.
- Email and phone access to the planner (during working hours)
- Assist with creating and the printing of the stationary
- Guest list Management
- Detailed wedding Checklists
- Rehearsal direction
- Full On the day management.
