Bespoke Weddings
ON THE DAY COORDINATION
Starting from 6 weeks before the wedding, this is designed for clients who have completed the planning of their wedding but will like the expertise of a wedding coordinator to manage the final wedding arrangements in the lead up to the wedding and to co-ordinate their big day.
Investment
From £2000.00 (prices vary based on each weddings’ requirements)
As your coordinators we will:
- Have a detailed Initial consultation and handover
- Provide ongoing consultation, wedding advice and assist with outstanding wedding tasks, if applicable
- Arrange a venue visit before the event (where possible)
- Be your vendor Liaison and do a contract check
- Coordinate your wedding rehearsal** (if required)
- Give email and phone access to the coordinator within working hours
- Be the point of contact with your wedding venue and suppliers, keeping them informed of all arrangements on the day
- Ensure you are kept up to date with a wedding report detailing suppliers’ responsibilities and wedding planning checklist
- Prepare the timeline, logistics and production schedule and itinerary for the event with your family, wedding party and suppliers
- On the day management – Be there on the wedding day, to co-ordinate all suppliers and ensure all wedding timings are on schedule so your celebration runs smoothly
