Partial Planning
Designed for the detailed couple who have planned the key elements of their wedding but requires the expertise and support of an experienced planner to guide and assist them in their decisions and complete the planning of the wedding. This service offers complete flexibility to couples, at the later stages of the planning, and includes the overall coordination of the wedding day.
Investment
Charged based on each individual wedding and a minimum fee of £3000 applies.
Aspects of the service include;
- Initial Consultation and planning handover
- Review current wedding arrangements and agreed contracts in place
- Recommend a list of suppliers in line with your requirements and budget (excluding key vendors)
- Assist with contract and pricing negotiations
- Coordinate the venue and suppliers and keep them informed of all arrangements on the day
- Ongoing consultation and advice on wedding etiquette, styling and budget
- Keep in close contact with our you, send regular wedding updates, which details suppliers, wedding checklist, budget and payments overview so each client has easy access to review all their wedding information and current stage of planning
- Comprehensive timeline creation for the day wedding schedule that manages the timing of events for your family, wedding party and suppliers
- Coordinate all suppliers and ensure the timeline is on schedule so your celebration runs smoothly
