We are renowned curators of high-end, elegant, and breath-taking events for discerning clients, with a precision that has been developed through experience. Be it a milestone birthday, bridal shower, bar mitzvah, etc we execute them by applying meticulous planning and attention to detail, to make dreams and visions a reality.
From transforming a back garden to a midsummer night dreamland to creating a candlelight dance-floor on a swimming pool, putting together a Gatsby themed soiree to an Arabian Night dinner party, there’s no limit to what we can do. We ensure each event (from conception to delivery) is a dream come true, giving you and your guests; lasting memories for years to come.
Investment
This is a bespoke service and is quoted, based on the event requirements.
Aspects of the service inclusive of, but not limited to:
- Initial in-depth consultation meeting
- Budget construction and implementation
- Venue search, referrals and & contracting the location.
- Providing information to obtain a marriage license.
- Ongoing etiquette advice and guidance as required
- Theme, color and style development and venue layout production.
- Vendor recommendations, negotiations, and referrals.
- Progress meetings and regular updates on planning progress.
- Email and phone access to the planner (during working hours)
- Scheduling Vendor appointments with referred and/or selected vendors.
- Confirm and manage all contracts and timing of events with all vendors.
- Assist with creating and the printing of the stationary
- Guest list Management including transportation, hotel accommodation recommendations.
- Access to our online platform to see all progress.
- On the day management.
